How do I reset my password?
Click "Sign Out" then use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your email.
My drawings / progress disappeared. Can I get them back?
Progress, bookmarks, notes, and drawings are saved in your browser's local storage. If you cleared your browser data or switched devices, this data cannot be recovered. We recommend using the same browser and device.
Can I use the study guides on my phone / tablet?
Yes! The study guides work on Chrome (Android) and Safari (iPad/iPhone). For the best experience, use landscape mode on tablets.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Click "Manage Subscription" in the top bar of any study guide, or email us and we'll sort it out.
Will more subjects be added?
We're always working on adding more subjects. If yours isn't listed, let us know — it helps us prioritise.
